the period and symptom tracker built for endo and adenomyosis

your period app told you your cycle was wrong.

your doctor said track your symptoms, then shrugged.

we built something that actually listens.

what pum is

the period and symptom tracker built for endo and adenomyosis

An analysis engine sits behind the tracker. It reads your logs and finds your patterns.

Someone I love had waited years for anyone to take her pain seriously, then months for the specialist appointment. The appointment took minutes.

your data

nothing leaves your phone

pum needs no account. Your log lives on your phone and nowhere else.

No pum server holds your health data, so there is nothing to sell.

iCloud sync is optional and encrypted, and it goes no further than your own iCloud.

prediction

built for cycles that aren't textbook

21 days, then 40, then nothing: pum still reads what's coming.

Prediction calibrates to your treatment: an IUD, hormonal therapy, coming off the pill. pum predicts a window and shows how confident it is.

When your cycle pauses or stops, pum does not invent a countdown.

patterns

see the patterns in your pain

pum finds the relationships your symptoms hide: sleep and next-day pain, cycle phase and flare-ups.

The analysis runs on your logs alone, never on population averages.

Every pattern shows its evidence: how many cycles it rests on, and how sure pum is.

logging

log a flare in three taps

A flare is the worst time for a form, so logging takes about five seconds.

Pain by location and intensity, bleeding, GI symptoms, meds, mood: the things generic apps do not ask about.

one loop

from a log to a pattern

reminders

set the reminder once

The meds you take on certain cycle days are exactly the ones you forget.

pum pins the reminder to your cycle phase. As your cycle moves, the reminder moves with it.

apple watch

your watch already knows

Sleep, heart rate variability, wrist temperature: pum reads what your Apple Watch already collects.

Passive signals surface patterns that logging alone cannot catch. pum works fully without a watch, too.

sleep & recovery 91 sessions
wrist temperature 710 readings
heart rate variability 348 readings
ai export

ready for your own AI

There is no chatbot inside pum. Instead, pum packages your data for the AI you already use.

Ask what changed before a flare. Take the answers into an appointment.

You drive the conversation.

the method

pum will never score your body

You rate your symptoms to describe them. pum never turns your ratings into a grade.

There is no daily score and no single number for how you feel.

pum is gentle by design. A late period is never assumed to be a pregnancy. A paused cycle never gets an invented countdown.

pum circle is a companion app for a partner, a friend, your mum.

You choose what they can see, and pum shares nothing more.

questions

things you might want to know

is it really free?

Yes. Tracking, prediction, patterns, reminders, Apple Health sync, and AI export are free. There is no paywall at the end of onboarding. pum circle, the companion app for sharing with your people, will be part of pum premium.

where does my data live?

On your iPhone, and by default nowhere else. pum requires no account, and no pum server holds your health data. iCloud sync is off until you turn it on. If you do, your data is stored in your own iCloud, encrypted in transit and at rest. pum's servers are never involved. The full picture is here.

iPhone only?

Yes, and that's deliberate: Apple Health integration, Apple Watch signals, and on-device storage are load-bearing. No Android version is planned right now.

do I need an apple watch?

No. pum works fully without one: you log, pum analyses. A watch (or any device writing sleep and temperature to Apple Health) adds a passive signal stream that sharpens predictions.

my cycle is irregular, or I don't bleed at all. does pum still work?

Yes. pum's engine is built for cycles that vary, skip, and change with treatment. If your period is suppressed (hormonal IUD, pill, after surgery), pum will not invent a countdown. Where your body still cycles hormonally, pum can read your position from temperature instead.

is pum diagnosing me?

No. pum is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or give medical advice. It finds statistical patterns in what you log. You decide what to do with them.

what happens if I delete the app?

Your local data is deleted with it. If you used iCloud sync, you can remove that copy from your own iCloud in Settings. There is nothing on pum's side to ask us to delete.

so what's the catch?

pum cannot sell what it never receives. One independent developer builds pum, and it makes money the boring way: a paid companion app (circle), never your data.

built for you

pum is free on iPhone. Logging your first symptom takes under a minute.
